Return & Replacement Policy

At Paris Gift Baskets & Flowers, we are committed to providing high-quality floral arrangements and thoughtfully curated gifts. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, the following return policy applies:
Fresh Flowers
Fresh floral arrangements are perishable and are final sale. We do not accept returns on fresh flowers.
If your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the product may be required. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement at our discretion.
Artificial Arrangements & Non-Perishable Items
Artificial floral arrangements and non-perishable gift items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if defective. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Delivery Issues
If there is a delivery issue or damage during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
